Group Ticket Information

Group Sales 

The minimum group size varies by event, but generally ranges from 10-25 people. Please know that event dates, times, prices and other key information are subject to change.

Group coordinators and bus drivers are required to have tickets if they want to watch the show. However, some shows offer complimentary tickets for group leaders or bus drivers.

Tickets are assigned first-come/first-serve upon receiving payment; the earlier you send in your reservation order form, the better! Tickets are not held without payment.

Personal Service -- Our trained staff will process your orders by phone (Credit Cards), mail (Money Orders or Company Checks), fax (Credit Cards) or in person by appointment.

The Best Price -- Special discounts for groups are offered for many of our events.

No Penalty -- Until you send in payment for your tickets, you may increase or decrease your reservation without penalty.

Fund-Raising Opportunities -- Contact us for ideas on how your group can use tickets to raise proceeds for your organization.

Promotional Materials -- We can provide promotional copy for newsletters, as well as free posters or flyers to help you create excitement about the event within your organization.

Hospitality Options -- For select events, groups can arrange to purchase special box meals and/or dinners at the venue.

School Show Bag Lunch Policy -- Teachers and students are permitted to bring in "bag lunches and drinks" for any daytime school show performance at Ovens Auditorium.
