ADA Accommodations
Seating
Designated wheelchair and other seating for guests with disabilities is available in the Orchestra and Mezzanine sections of the auditorium.
Parking
Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout the auditorium. Parking attendants will direct guests to accessible parking located on Arena Boulevard (on the East side of the building) and the main parking lot located at the rear of the building. Guests using these spaces must display proper state identification. Spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Drop Off / Pick Up
Drivers may drop off or pick up passengers with a mobility issue at the Independence Boulevard entrance. Parking attendants will direct guests needing assistance to the respective areas of drop off and pick up.
Entrances / Elevators
If tickets are purchased in advance, enter at the main entrance. To purchase or pick up tickets being held at the Will-Call window, proceed to the Event Ticket Office, located in the main lobby. The elevator located in the main lobby provides access to the Starlight Lounge for additional restrooms and concession stands.
Concessions
Concession stands are located in the main lobby and Starlight Lounge. Upon request, food service hosts will read menus located at each concession stand. If you need additional assistance, contact the nearest usher or House Manager.
Guest Services
The auditorium House Manager or Event Ticket Office will assist you with needs, such as emergency assistance, lost and found and event information.
Restrooms / Telephones / Water Fountains
Restrooms, public telephones equipped with volume control handsets, and water fountains are available for guests with disabilities on the main and lower concourse. A TTY telephone is available in the main lobby.
Assistive Listening Devices
The auditorium has an FM amplified listening system for guest convenience. System units are available at the coat-check room in the main lobby. To obtain an Assistive Listening Device, guests must present proper identification (state ID, etc.). These devices are free of charge.
Interpreters
Interpreters are available upon request. To provide qualified and appropriately prepared signers, we ask that requests are made at least three weeks prior to the performance. Every effort will be made to accommodate late requests, however, it will depend upon the availability of a qualified interpreter. Please call (704) 335. 3222 to request this service.
First Aid / Emergency Situations
Licensed First Aid Technicians/EMTs are on staff for all public events. If you need first aid assistance contact the nearest usher, security guard, or police officer. In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of emergency personnel and staff.
